Liverpool captain Jordan Henderson missed training once again at Melwood on Thursday due to the foot injury which has kept him out for the past five weeks.
Manager Jurgen Klopp had hoped that Henderson would be ready to return to action this weekend but he is continuing to have treatment and is unlikely to be risked against Everton.
Daniel Sturridge did train on Thursday but the Liverpool striker was with the club’s rehab staff.
The England striker has not featured since the 2-0 defeat by Hull on February 4.
Sturridge suffered a virus, which forced him to be sent home from the training camp in Spain last month, and then a hip injury, which meant he missed the club's trip to Tenerife last week.
